Marketing Manager **Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive and implement digital marketing activities for the assigned market segments in line with the agreed strategy. Each day, you will create, run and monitor digital marketing and communication campaigns both for internal and external targets. You will work with Marketing Automation tools and with internal and social media and with other tools for external campaigns (e.g. Google tools). The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion business area located in Sesto San Giovanni and You will be mainly accountable for: - Driving and implementing digital marketing and Communication activities for Motion Business Area, aligned with the business strategy.



- Working closely with Communication accounts in order to implement strategies both internally and externally - Collecting briefing for the campaigns and defining them. - Preparing the digital strategy and creating campaigns with specific tools. - Interact with external agencies if needed. - Monitoring the results. You will join a high performing team, very result oriented, with a strong team spirit, and a constant innovation attitude. **Qualifications for the role**: - You enjoy working with dynamic team in industrial sector.
- You have 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce) and general marketing automation tools.
- Proven experience of digital marketing and communication.
