_**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**_ When Erborian (part of L’Occitane Group) was launched in 2007, our goal was simple: create innovative and impactful products to enrich your routine, giving you the most for your complexion in the least number of steps—from your morning moisturize to nightly cleanse and everything in-between. Years later and our core values remain unchanged. We aim to bring unique and easy to use products (like our CC or BB cream—the first of its kind in Europe) that promise to always put your skin first. The brand is present in 40 countries and benefits from a good visibility in major beauty stores such as Sephora, Nocibé, Marionnaud or in parapharmacies and pharmacies. In Italy, Erborian is available through its website, at Sephora, Pinalli (and other independent perfumeries) and at Medi Market parapharmacies. You will support in all the major activities related to the development of brand awareness through influence and social media, to increase brand recognition locally as brand and as Sephora partner.
- **WHAT YOU WILL DO**_ Paid & organic influence activities: - Participation in the elaboration of influencer activations: brief, sending products and follow-up
- Support in managing organic seeding campaigns throughout the year
- Support in identifying new influencers to outreach and create relationships with




- Support in the organization of local PR events
- Follow-up and further analysis (with Tribe platform) of the organic activities - EMV/Return rates Social media & UGC related activities: - Be creative! You will be in charge of the creation of local contents
- Manage our micro influencers & UGC activities: selecting and reaching out to profiles, creatingbriefs, product seedings, contents follow-up, manage spark ads **WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**
- Degree in Marketing, Communication or similar
- Italian native with high English level
- Previous experience in PR/Communication is a plus
- _Must be able to be full-time_
- Enthusiasm and ability to work in Social Media (Tiktok and Instagram) and in community management
- Wide degree of creativity!!!
- Communication skills and ability to interact with content creators, external agencies and other partners
- Autonomous, proactively coming up with proposals, creative ideas and initiatives
- Collaborative, eager to work in an international environment and across multiple teams
- Based or able to relocate in Milan Contratto di lavoro: Tirocinio formativo/stage
