Experteer Overview As a Reporting Specialist in HQ Administration, you will drive accurate monthly closes under IFRS and oversee Hyperion reporting for Italian entities, while supporting statutory financial statement preparation. You will coordinate accounts payable activities and collaborate with controlling to manage accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries. You'll enable compliance, assist auditors, and help improve administration processes. This role sits in an international setting in Milan, emphasizing precision, timely delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
Retribuzione / Benefits Ensure monthly close under IFRS and Hyperion reporting for Italian entities
Support yearly statutory financial statements for the assigned entities
Oversee accounts payable from order to payoff, coordinating with outsourcer and internal teams; prepare month-end accruals and prepaid expenses with controlling
Support regulatory and statutory deadlines by coordinating with internal and external auditors

Perform periodical balance sheet reconciliations and review journal entries
Participate in development and continuous improvement of administration processes and policies
Responsabilità Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years in a similar role with solid accounting and reporting experience
Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and IAS principles
Experience with SAP and Hyperion (financial reporting tools)
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
Good understanding of Italian civil and tax regulations
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork in an international environment
Proactive with problem-solving attitude
Detail-oriented with high accuracy
