ABOUT YOUR TASKS **You will** **Process Design & Implementation**:Develop and optimize CRM processes to enhance customer engagement and support business objectives. **Governance & Compliance**:Establish and maintain CRM governance frameworks and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Partner with various departments, including sales, marketing, IT, and customer support, to gather requirements and ensure process alignment across the organization. **Data Management**:Oversee data quality, data governance, and maintenance activities to ensure consistent and accurate customer data in the CRM system. **Training & Support**:Provide training and support to CRM users, ensuring they understand and adhere to standardized processes.
**Performance Monitoring**:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor CRM process performance to identify areas for improvement. **Documentation**:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM processes, workflows, and user guides. **Continuous Improvement**:Lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging feedback from end-users and industry best practices to enhance CRM efficiency and effectiveness. **Project Management**:Coordinate CRM projects, manage timelines, resources, and deliverables, and ensure successful execution and stakeholder satisfaction. ABOUT YOU Degree in Business Administration Experience in working in Agile - Scrum environment is considered a plus Fluent English; any additional language will be considered a plus Advanced Jira user Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in CRM product management in Salesforce Sales Cloud. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills,
with a strong ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making. Familiarity with user experience principles, user research methodologies, and user-centered design. Technical background or understanding of software development processes and technologies is highly desirable. REQUIRED COMPETENCES
