We are seeking an experienced Operations Security & Identity Access Management Lead to oversee our vulnerability management team and drive the implementation of lifecycle management across the entire Digital Technology & Transformation (DT&T;) Organization. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data while enhancing our identity and access management processes. **Your Mission**:
**1. **Vulnerability Management**: - Lead the vulnerability management team in identifying, assessing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities across the organization.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive vulnerability management strategy, including regular assessments and reporting.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to prioritize remediation efforts based on risk assessments. **2. **Identity Access Management**: - Oversee the implementation and management of Identity and Privileged Access Management (IAM and PAM) solutions to ensure secure access to systems and data.
- Develop policies and procedures for user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews. **3. **Lifecycle Management**: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices for system onboarding, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to security and identity management. **4. **Team Leadership**: - Mentor and develop team members,



fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the vulnerability management team, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Facilitate training and awareness programs to promote security best practices across the organization. **5. **Reporting and Compliance**: - Prepare and present regular reports on vulnerability management and IAM metrics to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to security and identity management.

- 10 years of experience in operations security, identity access management, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability management tools and methodologies.
- Experience with PAM and IAM solutions and lifecycle management processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar) are a plus. **Contract Type**:
