**AWS Cloud Operations Tech Lead** We are looking for you as AWS Cloud Operations Tech Lead. This position in located in Brugherio (MB). Your Responsibilities
- Professional team lead of AWS support engineers.
- Provides 2nd level proactive support.
- Actively monitors and maintains internal tickets and alerts.
- Analyzes and troubleshoots complex problems together with the business and other IT teams.
- Analyzes, resolves and documents problems and solutions.
- Development of monitoring tools and setup of metrics, alarms and notifications. Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Science / Information Technology or Computer Science in combination with minimum 3 years of relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years of real-world experience with support activities.
- Technically leading a team with a minimum of 1 year experience.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
