Senior Satellite System Engineer, Cagliari, Sardinia – Permanent Employee, Full-Time, On-site, Relocation Support Excellent opportunity to join a growing company where you will drive the development of complex space and defence missions from concept to completion. In this role you will shape high-level system architectures and drive complete project lifecycles. Serving as a key leader, you will manage, develop, and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of engineers. You will be the primary interface to internal and external stakeholders, coordinating software development and system integration activities while managing requirements, technical estimates, and risk analysis.

Develop bespoke products for customer and program requirements
Support the definition and implementation of new methodologies
Support with technical estimates, risk analysis and resource planning
Experience in Defence or Aerospace industry
People management experience
Experience with embedded and mission‐critical environments
English proficiency
The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set.
