Overview
We are looking for a Content & Community Specialist who combines editorial thinking, platform expertise,



and community management skills to help create meaningful conversations between brands and people. Reporting to the Head of Content, the successful candidate will join the Content Team and bring 2–3 years of experience, ideally gained within an agency environment similar to LePub. The role will support the team in translating strategic ideas into effective editorial plans, managing online communities, and ensuring content remains relevant, timely, and culturally connected.
Responsibilities
Editorial Planning
Develop monthly and always‐on editorial calendars across social media platforms under the guidance of a Senior Content Manager.
Translate campaign strategies into channel‐specific content plans.
Identify reactive and proactive content opportunities based on trends, cultural moments, and community insights.
Ensure consistency in tone of voice and adherence to platform best practices across all content.

Manage day‐to‐day interactions
