Project Manager – Solar PV & EV Charging Infrastructure Location: Northern Italy (South Tyrol / Trentino-Alto Adige) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: €60K – €80K + Benefits Overview Supporting a leading provider of integrated energy solutions, helping businesses, installers, and property owners accelerate the transition to sustainable energy. Combining expertise in photovoltaics, battery storage, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, the company delivers innovative projects across commercial, industrial, hospitality, and residential sectors throughout Northern Italy. As demand grows, we seek an experienced Project Manager to lead Solar PV & EV Charging projects from conception through commissioning. Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle for commercial and industrial Solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging infrastructure projects. Coordinate technical design reviews, permitting activities, procurement, installation,



commissioning, and handover. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, installers, contractors, and project stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with Italian electrical, grid connection, health and safety, and regulatory requirements. Support technical discussions with customers and partners throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with internal sales, engineering, procurement, and operations teams. Manage subcontractors and installation partners to ensure quality and timely delivery. Produce regular project reports and communicate progress to management and clients. Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Systems, Project Management, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience managing Solar PV,
