About The Role
As an Electronics Engineer, you will design, develop and validate advanced electronics solutions for Versuni's coffee product portfolio. You will play a critical role in creating innovative hardware and embedded solutions that deliver outstanding product performance, reliability and consumer value.
You will be part of Versuni's Innovation & Development team: an international, multicultural organization that encourages collaboration, innovation and technical excellence. In this role, you will combine deep technical expertise with hands‐on engineering to bring high‐quality solutions from idea to mass production.
The Impact You'll Make
Design, develop and validate electronic systems, modules and components based on product and consumer requirements
Define and optimize technical solutions balancing performance, quality, reliability and cost
Lead electronics design activities for new product development and product improvement initiatives
Develop, test and implement embedded software solutions in close interaction with hardware systems
Design,
realize and verify electronics architectures and technical solutions
Support component selection, circuit design and validation of electronic boards and modules
Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis and resolution of technical issues during development and validation
Ensure smooth transition from design to manufacturing at scale
Develop and improve testing, validation and quality control procedures
Collaborate closely with suppliers and cross‐functional teams to accelerate innovation and product delivery
Support continuous improvement initiatives based on consumer feedback, field performance and product learnings
The Skills And Knowledge You'll Bring
Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical discipline
5–8 years of relevant experience in electronics engineering within consumer electronics, automotive or industrial environments
Strong expertise in electronic syste
