In this role you will steer the regional Power+ program across Central Southern Europe and the Middle East, ensuring alignment with global standards while adapting to local market needs. You will partner with business leaders to shape high-impact talent assignments and manage program budgets and data integrity. As the program ambassador, you'll drive engagement and showcase the value of early careers development. You will lead Power+ Trainees and collaborate with HR and business leaders to deliver a credible, inclusive employee experience that accelerates strategic priorities.

Lead, coach,

and inspire Power+ Trainees as their direct manager
Shape recruitment strategy and partner with Talent Acquisition for hiring
Oversee onboarding, performance guidance, and development across the program
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, and global standards
Build strong relationships with HRBPs and business leaders to support talent development
Responsibilities 3-5+ years of HR Program Management experience (Talent Management preferred)
Bachelor's degree or higher
Excellent English written and verbal communication
Experience managing multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies
Strong project management skills with ability to drive partners to deadlines
Ability to think global and act local, translating ideas into results

Strong interpersonal, coaching, influencing, and communication skills
