As a Healthcare Project Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of projects in digital health and communication with pharmaceutical companies, monitoring daily activities and KPIs to be achieved.
Responsibilities
Manage projects in its entirety: design and planning of activities, verification of progress, strict adherence to delivery deadlines;
Coordination of the work team, assign tasks and activities and ensure they are completed on schedule;
Interfacing with referents of the pharmaceutical companies;
Meet the timelines shared with the client for project releases;
Manage and coordinate suppliers for individual projects;
Draft procedures and documentation related to the projects;
Manage provider and service costs;
Prepare reports based on project KPIs, both for internal use and to share externally.
Qualifications
Prior experience as Project Manager in companies and/or institutions in the consulting, healthcare and/or digital industries;




Ability to prepare project documentation (reports and presentations);
University degree, preferably in Economics, Management, Engineering or related fields;
Fluent English (minimum B2 level); Italian fluency is required;
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodology;
