Partner with the Best As a Senior AI Engineer, you will apply strong technical and business knowledge to ensure successful outcomes across multiple AI services. You will act as a senior technical contributor and mentor, influencing architecture, reliability, and delivery standards across teams. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for: Executing and leading the evaluation, design, analysis, testing, and integration of complex AI model serving solutions. Designing and reviewing serving architectures across multiple services,



applying system- and service-level engineering practices. Driving adoption of controlled rollout and rollback patterns to ensure safe and predictable production changes. Ensuring serving solutions meet performance, scalability, cost, and reliability expectations through proactive design and review. Leading or participating in cross-team design and architecture reviews, ensuring consistency with serving and reliability standards. Providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineers across teams, promoting best practices in model serving. Collaborating with Platform & MLOps, Reliability & Support, Security, Data, and Product teams to resolve cross-service challenges. Ensuring appropriate operational artifacts are in place, including documentation, runbooks, telemetry expectations, and integration guidance.
