Agile Lab is seeking a Support Team Lead – SRE II to coordinate a small team of 3–4 engineers and help ensure the reliability of critical production services. The role combines hands-on technical operations with people leadership in an environment built on OpenShift, microservices, distributed systems, Kafka, and MongoDB.
You will manage day-to-day activities with autonomy, working closely with the Tech Lead, customers, and technical teams on priorities, incidents, and key technical decisions.
