Experteer Overview As Lab Supervisor, you will oversee daily lab operations and steer product development testing to meet project goals. You'll lead the lab team, coordinate technicians, and ensure safe, efficient testing workflows. You will collaborate with other areas to align testing needs with feasibility and drive continuous improvement of facilities and instruments. This role offers impact through shaping testing processes and enabling faster, reliable product validation.
Retribuzione / Benefits Plan and monitor all laboratory tests for assigned projects
Coordinate laboratory technicians and oversee results/reports
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to align testing needs and address feasibility gaps
Improve safety, facilities, efficiency, and turnaround times in the lab




Standardize work and introduce new skills and procedures
Participate in product testing at external laboratories
Implement maintenance and continuous improvement plans for facilities and instruments
Responsabilità Master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
at least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while leading a team
strong problem‐solving skills
strategic vision for future state and steps to achieve it
knowledge of instrumentation and measurement techniques
proficiency in Italian and English and MS Office
