Customer Care Intern

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team, and we're looking for a Customer Care Intern to join the Customer Care team within our Quality & Procurement department, at Nuvola HQ in Turin.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the database and support management of certificate requests
- Daily check of food and machine complaints submitted by Group companies
- Support the launch phase and full use of customer care tools, such as video support and the digital platform for managing social media and online markets
- Interact with the sales and commercial network to obtain necessary information related to claims
- Support drafting customer care workflows, manuals, and conducting related training
- Support drafting and translating product and machine Q&A;




- Support preparing the monthly Customer Care dashboard
- Availability for a six-month full-time internship starting: September 2026

Qualifications
- Degree in Economics/Management Engineering
- Advanced knowledge of the Office package (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Reliability, proactivity, and a strong ability to work in a team
- Flexible way of working
