Your role:
We are looking for an HR Analytics Intern who will support the HR team in using people data to understand organizational dynamics and support decision‑making across all core HR processes (e.g. compensation, performance, engagement,



workforce planning).
The role is embedded within the HR Business Partner team and works closely with an assigned business unit. The intern will support ongoing HRBP activities by combining data analysis with an understanding of organizational context, employee lifecycle processes, and business priorities.
This internship is designed to provide hands‑on exposure to HR analytics, organizational topics, and business partnering , offering the opportunity to see how data, people, and business decisions come together in day‑to‑day HR work.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze people and workforce data across all core HR processes (compensation, performance, engagement, workforce) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for the business
- Contribute to organizational design and workforce planning for a designated business unit by supporting data‑driven analyses, scenario modeling, and impact assessment
