Etinars is seeking a proactive User Support Service Operator to join our client’s international team in Rome (Anagnina Area). You will act as the first interface to users, handle emails, and manage tickets in ServiceNow within a structured, fixed-term contract.
Relocation to Rome is mandatory if needed, and a B2/C1+ level of English is required due to regular interactions with European stakeholders and documentation in English.
