We are looking for a business‑oriented HR Business Partner to join our team in Vado Ligure . In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, supporting the organization in all people‑related matters while helping drive business performance through effective HR strategies and practices.

As HR Business Partner, you will partner closely with managers and the leadership team to support organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business growth.
Contribute to continuous learning and improvement approach and adoption of new lean ways of working, through capability building.




Identify development needs and support the design and implementation of learning initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Ensure training compliance and maintain accurate records in line with legal and company requirements (safety and security included).
Manage activities related to interprofessional funds, ensuring effective access to available funding opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders on people‑related matters, organizational design, and workforce planning (WFP).
Supporting leadership teams in managing performance, talent, and organizational effectiveness.
Managing employee and labor relations topics, including interactions with employee representatives and trade unions.
Coordinating and supporting key HR processes such as: Performance Management, MBO and goal‑setting processes, Talent Review and Succession Planning, Employee Development initiatives.
Supporting annual salary reviews, merit increase processes, and compensat
