Valentino is looking for a HR COST CONTROL & REPORTING SPECIALIST based in Milan.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR Cost Control & Planning, the resource will be included in the HR Department and will be involved in the following activities:
HR Dashboard with HC worldwide and HR KPI analysis (turnover, seniority, gender, etc.) and any official HC reporting for internal or external use
**Workforce and labor cost planning**: forecasting, budgeting and long-term plans (activities carried out directly on Italian companies and supporting/coordinating foreign companies)
Monthly analysis of Actual vs. Budget discrepancies (FTE/HCT)



consolidating and producing proper reporting for global headcount needs
Check on the HR database system (SSF, Tagetik HR) verifying the correctness of the data
Monitoring the hiring of new employees in terms of cost, position and hiring date **Requirements**:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Management Engineering
Excellent command of the Office Package (in particular Excel)
Fluency in English and Italian
Strong analytical skills, attention to details and accuracy
Proactive spirit, curiosity, flexibility, and adaptability
