Job Description: The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a National Key Account for Retail & DIY channels at Consumer Business Group of 3M Italy, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: - _ Determining and managing key accounts in order to accomplish and advance sales budgets, and maximize opportunities to make sales._
- _ Implementing Company strategy and delivering annual targets and goals._
- _ Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements._
- _ Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients._
- _ Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new key accounts._
- _ Coordinate with sales, customer service and operations teams internally to deliver on accounts expectations._
- _ Cooperating with trade marketing team to implement activities targeted to key accounts._
- _ Turn your objectives and value-adds into actions and commitments._ Your Skills and Expertise
- _ Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree,



preferably in Economics and/or Marketing fields_
- _ Very good English level both spoken and written_
- _ Previous experience in similar roles within Retail and DIY clients_
- _ Communication Skills_
- _ Goal oriented_ Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: - _ Knowledge of Italian hardware market (retailers, buying groups and wholesalers)_
- _ Teamwork capabilities_
- _ Prioritization_ Job specifics: - Location information: close to 3M Italy, Pioltello
- Travel expectations may include up to 40% [domestic/international]
