YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
Supports the area manager in the actions necessary to achieve the targets.
Contributes to the continuous improvement of the production process and to the training of people and their correct allocation within the production department and deployment.
Monitors the department's KPIs (e.g.: volumes, waste, etc.); proposes improvement actions focused on the flexibility and productivity of the department and improvement actions aimed at optimizing production, in compliance with product safety and quality standards.
Interacts with the other functions of the Plant (in particular Minifactory Manager, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance and Quality) in order to design and implement improvement projects at a technical and organizational l
