The Opportunity
Join us as Automotive Interior Styling Design Expert and play a key role in shaping the future of automotive interior design through innovative, user-centered experiences. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary experts in a highly multicultural environment, influencing the next generation of mobility solutions. The role may be based in Milan or China, with both locations equally considered as suitable hiring options.
Key Job Responsibilities
Analyze trends in automotive styling design, and gain insights into changes in aesthetic preferences among different target groups.
Develop strategies for interior styling design, and lead benchmark analysis and comparison.
Take full responsibility for the interior styling design of mass-produced vehicle models throughout the entire process. This includes design sketches, 2D/3D concept designs, CAS data quality and control, clay/hard model adjustments, and design quality control.
Explore innovative integration of interior hardware and software, uncover new experiential features,
and support the enhancement of user experience competitiveness.
Promote the resolution of design-related issues in the development process, ensuring the smooth advancement of the project while maintaining design quality.
Define the brand's interior styling design language and key identifying features, and continuously evolve them.
Required Qualifications
Graduated from a key university with a major in industry design, automotive design, or transportation vehicle design.
Have more than 10 years of experience in interior design and development, be familiar with the design and development process, and have led the full-process design and development of more than 5 mass-produced vehicle models.
Possess rich design thinking, trend insight, and design aesthetic ability.
Be proficient in using design tools and software, and have excellent design expression ability in sketching and rendering. Preference will be given to those who are
