A real estate company is currently recruiting a Commercial Real Estate Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting retail expansion and store development projects, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development activities. This position offers the opportunity to work with major international brands while gaining exposure to a unique niche within the commercial real estate sector.
Permanent residence, Spouse, Partner. Working holiday visa, Student visa, Requiring visa sponsorship.
Contract Details
Type: 1-year fixed-term contract (with the expectation of becoming permanent)
Working hours: 9:00-18:15 Monday to Friday (75-minute lunch break)
Salary: RAL €35-39k depending on experience
Start: ASAP

Support retail expansion and store development projects for clients
Conduct market research and identify suitable business opportunities
Coordinate with landlords, retailers, and other stakeholders throughout project execution
Support business development and sales activities
Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations
Contribute to team targets and project delivery
Previous experience in sales, consulting, retail, real estate, or a customer-facing business environment
Commercially minded with an interest in retail and store development
Business-level English required; additional European language skills advantageous
