Eidosmedia is seeking a Linux Support Engineer to join our Hotline Support Team (Level 2) in a shift-based environment. You will assist in resolving issues across the Eidosmedia Products stack and provide first-class technical support to customers.
This role requires good knowledge of Linux Server, web/app servers, and scripting, with strong troubleshooting and English communication skills. The position offers a hybrid work model in Italy.
