MDO Process Specialist Location Venturina Contract Type Permanent Responsibilities Lead the start-up and industrialization of our brand-new MDO production line for CPP-films Work closely with production, QC and R&D; to industrialize new products Ensure process stability, output, quality and efficiency Act as a problem solver, implementing best practices Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to team leaders and operators on the shop floor Qualifications Master's degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related technical field) or equivalent by experience 5+ years of proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines, ideally gained at film industry Strong operational mindset: passionate about working hands‐on with the machines Solid knowledge of polypropylene polymers xrdztoy and PP‐film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties) Experience in process troubleshooting and upscaling Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) Strong team player and communicator, able to connect with R&D; and production #J-18808-Ljbffr
