FB VISION SpA , leading ophthalmic pharmaceutical company both at domestic and international level, with large and innovative portfolio and R&D; pipeline, part of a Multinational pharmaceutical Group, is recruiting a smart and experienced Marketing Manager to join and reinforce the current Marketing Team.
Responsibilities and Job Description
Manage marketing projects across internal teams and external stakeholders (KOL, ecc...)
Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables
Promote and inspire marketing activities, campaigns and congresses attendance
Analyze market trends and competitors
Develop and implement brand communication
Manage and enhance the company brand
Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and guide strategic decisions
Track performance and ensure field force continuous training and support
Requirements & Qualifications




Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3+ years of experience in Marketing preferably in Ophthalmic Companies
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
English speaking
Workplace: in office (San Benedetto del Tronto), remote and on the field (hybrid activity).
Offer: attractive compensation package based on professional experience and profile: CCNL commercio, permanent employment, level quadro, RAL 50-80.000 euro, premio system, company car.
