**Responsibilities**: - Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and priorities.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. **Qualifications**: - 1+ year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a tech company environment.
- Familiarity with well-known ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
