This hands‐on experience will sharpen skills and foster a deep understanding of Solvay's operations and culture.
Responsibilities Lead Transformation on the defined perimeter of the plant and support manufacturing excellence projects / transformational initiatives, as well as promoting digital transformation.
Ensure the proper deployment of the methodology (digital and operational excellence).
Lead the creation of implementation plans (TIP) and recommend the most appropriate processes, methods, and tools.
Apply Lean Management methodology such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, etc.
Disseminate a culture of excellence on site,



including promotion of the manufacturing excellence approach, development and deployment of training, and coordination of a network of continuous improvement correspondents.
Regularly carry out planned safety rounds, audits, dialogues, and observations, integrating HSE aspects into the excellence process.
Qualifications Master degree or equivalent in chemical or mechanical engineering.
Relevant first experience in chemical or manufacturing industries.
Digital background is a plus.
Competencies Expertise in engineering principles.
Leadership and project management.
Proficiency in English is required, while proficiency in any additional language is advantageous.
