HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Lead the end‐to‐end design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and best practices.
Act as a trusted advisor for clients, driving requirements gathering, solution design, and strategic decision‐making.
Take ownership of pre‐sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, demos, and client presentations.
Manage and facilitate client workshops,



translating complex business requirements into scalable and sustainable system architectures.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure on‐time delivery, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction.
Ensure solution quality and delivery excellence, overseeing configuration, testing strategy, and deployment phases.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
8–10+ years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
Strong expertise in one or more core modules (e.g. Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting), with multiple end‐to‐end implementations delivered.
Deep knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and ability to drive structured project lifecycles independently.
Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into effective HR technology solutions.
