**Job Description Summary** At Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace company, we’ve been reimagining the power of flight for more than 100 years. We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation. We're seeking an intern to work in our Borgaretto Plant in the EHS Department. “Bring them home safely” is our top priority and as a part of our team you will play a key role in make sure everyone in our Plant works in a safe and healthy environment. Practically, you will support the everyday activities of the EHS Plant team and you will be in charge of a project of visual management improvement at the workstations. This role will give you the possibility to experience the process of sandcasting in a Plant where environment, health and safety are a top priority. **Responsibilities**
- Monitor site EHS performances against KPIs;
- Participate and support improvement plans;
- Support the risk assessment process;
- Support the EHS procedure and instruction implementation;




- Support the organization of training activities;
- Participate in Genba activities to improve safety and health at Site;
- Develop a project of visual management at the workstation **Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering or similar from an accredited University
- English and Italian fluency, written and verbal
- EU work permit
- MS Office knowledge **Desired Characteristics**
