**Position Type** Non-Management As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR department with a variety of tasks, providing support in recruitment, employees relations, agevolazioni administration, and other HR functions. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment Support: assist in the hiring process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews and conducting initial phone screenings.
- Employee Onboarding: Help organize and coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding processes
- Employees Records Management: assist in maintaining accurate employees’ files and records
- HR Projects: contribute to HR projects such as employee’s engagement, training and development initiatives.
- General Administrative Support: handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as preparing documents, answering HR related inquiries Build upon your classroom studies through our Hotel Internship Program opportunities.
