WearelookingforamotivatedandproactiveJuniorPlatform&ITOperationsEngineertojoinourinternationalInfrastructureteam.ThisroleisidealforsomeoneatthebeginningoftheircareerwhowantstodevelopexpertiseinITinfrastructure;,systemsadministration,networking,andplatformoperations.
Thesuccessfulcandidatewillinitiallysupportday-to-dayIToperations,end-usersupport,workstationprovisioning,andinfrastructuremaintenancewhileprogressivelygainingexposuretoenterpriseplatforms,cloudtechnologies,automation,andglobalinfrastructureprojects.




Workinginaninternationalenvironment,thecandidatewillcollaboratewithcolleaguesacrossdifferentcountriesandcontributetoensuringthereliability,security,andefficiencyofthecompany'sITservicesandinfrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Providefirstandsecond-levelITsupporttoemployees,troubleshootinghardware,software,andconnectivityissues.
- Assistwiththeadministrationandmonitoringofservers,systems,andcloudenvironments.
- Performroutinemaintenanceactivities,includingpatching,updates,backups,andinfrastructuremonitoring.
- Supportcloud-basedservicesandinfrastructure,assistingwithresourceprovisioning,monitoring,accessmanagement,andoperationalmaintenance.
- Contributetothedeployment,monitoring,andmaintenanceofcontainerizedenvironmentsandrelatedplatformservices.
- Contributetoinfrastructuredocumentation,operationalprocedures,andknowledgesharing.
- Collaboratewithseniorengineersoninfrastructure,cloud,automation,containerization,andcontinuousimprovementprojects.

Requirements
- DegreeinComputerScience,InformationTechnology,Engineering,orarelatedfield.
