Lead and manage all facility management aspects of a specific building project from start to finish to secure delivery of a safe, compliant, sustainable and innovative property solution based on business needs.



Responsible for continuous improvement of ways of working in Real Estate projects. Knowledge and Experience Business risk management: Thorough knowledge of how to assess and mitigate risks in a business environment. Project management: Extensive knowledge of how to initiate, plan, execute, control and close a project. Software relevant for Facility Management: good knowledge of tools for timeline management (e.g. MS Project), document management (e.g Projectplace, Hummingbird), drawing management (e.g CEP), tender, cost follow-up tools (e.g Unifier) and other common software (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point). Technical knowledge on buildings and equipment: High level technical understanding in all aspects of a retail building and connected equipment as well as understanding of asset management (maintenance and repair history, reinvestment planning).
