**Waiter & Barman** Palazzo Margherita is seeking a dedicated team member to support both restaurant and bar operations. It is a double role:
1) Working in the dining areas of the property and providing table service during meals;
2) Assisting the property bar & bistrot on a shift basis;
**What you will do**: - Serve food courses and beverages, ensuring the fulfilment of the guests’ needs;
- Set tables according to the service standards;
- Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of tables, dining areas and work areas, as well as work equipment;
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks, cocktails and any other soft drinks, according to
the guests’ desires;
- Keep the bar and storage areas stocked and clean;
- Process bills, payments and handle the cash register of the bar & bistrot;
- Comply with health & safety company policies;

- A keen observer and multi-tasker, you are able to anticipate needs;

- Well-groomed, elegant, you are careful to keep your uniform clean and ironed;
- Discreet and reliable;
**What we require**: - Previous experience in a similar role, in luxury background;
- Experience in making cocktails and coffee drinks;
- Knowledge of mixology techniques;
- English knowledge equivalent to B1/B2;
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Availability to work evenings and weekends; Contratto di lavoro: Tempo completo, Tempo determinato
