Conduct gap analysis and run feasibility tests. Document and validate functional requirements. Analyze business workflows and recommend process implementations and simplifications. Support change management and adoption of new processes. Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration - Act as a liaison between GVGH teams, and other GSK departments. Conduct stakeholder meetings and facilitate discussions. Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Data Analysis & Reporting - Collect and analyze data to support decision-making. Develop reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize data visualization tools for clear insights.



Project Management & Implementation Support - Assist in project resource planning, execution, and tracking. Work with functions to ensure successful implementation. Support testing and deployment activities. **Required Skills & Qualifications** **What will you learn? (Optional/Compulsory for SG)**

BA will work as a bridge between internal stakeholders, business units, and technical teams to enhance data, processes, systems, and outcomes.

- Good project management skills
- Experience with PM analysis platforms and trong proficiency in data analysis and reporting (e.g., **MSproject, Planisware, Visio, Smartsheet, Excel, Power BI**).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
