Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience - 8+ years of experience in Operations field - 4+ years of management experience in a similar domain or job family - Experience in strategic planning and execution of large-scale projects across multiple sites or an entire cluster in a region - Proven track record of developing and implementing operational excellence mechanisms, workflows, and SLAs - Experience in managing and developing teams, including managers and technical SMEs - Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and ensure measurable, auditable customer outcomes - Excellent verbal and written communication skills,



including experience presenting to senior leadership - Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change through effective communication - Experience in workforce planning and succession management - Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools - Experience in performance management, coaching, and promoting talent within teams - Ability to manage complex technical problems, make trade-offs between short-term and long-term needs, and mitigate long-term risks - Proven ability to develop and drive extensible and scalable technical solutions - Experience in contributing to or developing strategic initiatives with a 1-3 year outlook
- Strong understanding of data center technologies and operations, including compute, storage, and networking
- Data center industry experience
- Experience in disaster recovery
