M&A; Expert
Responsibilities:
Drive the M&A; roadmap aligned with corporate strategy and long‑term growth priorities.
Manage the M&A; process end to end, from proactive market scouting to target origination.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition targets across relevant markets, business models, and technologies.
Lead strategic, financial, and business assessments, including valuation, industrial fit, synergies, and risk analysis.
Take full ownership of deal execution, coordinating due diligence across legal, financial, tax, operational, and commercial workstreams.
Play a key role in negotiations, defining deal structures, terms, and closing conditions.
Act as the main point of contact for external advisors and internal stakeholders at the executive level.
Prepare and present investment cases, decision papers, and recommendations to top management and governance bodies.
Define and oversee post‑merger integration strategies, ensuring value realization, operational alignment, and cultural integration.




Track and report performance of completed transactions versus the original business case.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience managing the M&A; process end to end within corporate M&A;, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategy consulting environments.
Proven leadership and ownership in managing complex transactions with autonomy and accountability.
Strong financial skills, including valuation, financial modeling, and investment analysis.
Strategic mindset, with the ability to connect individual transactions to broader industrial and corporate strategy.
Strong cross‑functional influence and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent executive communication skills, with confidence in interacting with senior leaders and external partners.
Ability to make decisions in fast‑paced, ambiguous, and high‑uncertainty contexts.
High levels of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
