Your tasks Together with the management, you will develop the concept for a new youth programme in the field of political education. In line with the long-term goals of House of Grace, you will contribute your expertise to implement and further develop the concept. You will promote cooperation with various social actors through meetings and dialogue events. Through professional networking, you will build relationships with national and international partners and donor organisations, thereby increasing the reach and impact of House of Grace. You will develop an evaluation system to accurately measure the effectiveness and impact of the new youth programme. You will be responsible for the proper expenditure and management of funds on site in accordance with donor guidelines and AGIAMONDO specifications. In doing so,



you will work in partnership with colleagues from the partner organisation. You have a master's degree in peace and conflict studies, social sciences, education or a related field, ideally with a focus on peace education. Ideally, you have a project management certification (e.g. PMP or PRINCE2). You have experience in programme development, particularly in the design, implementation and evaluation of programmes with a sustainable impact. You have strong skills in engaging and facilitating stakeholders. You have knowledge of conflict resolution and mediation to support negotiations with stakeholders.
