Experteer Overview In this role you lead the Marketing & Sales Finance team within the Oversight Italy cluster, partnering with senior management to shape business strategy and improve financial performance. You translate finance strategy into actionable plans, oversee forecasting, and provide insights to support decision-making. You drive cost optimization, productivity, and capital efficiency, focusing on demand analysis, go-to-market, ROI, and profitability. You will navigate digital tools and AI-enabled finance processes to enable sustainable growth.

Act as senior business partner to drive strategy and optimize financial performance
Translate finance strategy into business plans with measurable targets
Oversee planning and forecasting, build scenarios, and assess financial implications
Monitor progress and provide insights to support operational decisions
Identify financial issues and advise management on action plans




Drive cost structure optimization, productivity improvements, and capital efficiency
Focus on demand analysis, go-to-market, ROI, sales efficiency, and profitability
Responsabilità 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance Business Partnering and Controlling
Proficiency in ERP platforms (ideally SAP) and data visualization tools (Power BI)
Experience with financial systems, data-driven decision-making, and digital toolsAbility to communicate in Italian and English
Current work permit in Italy
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline
Interest in digital transformation and AI to enhance finance processes
