Experteer Overview As Senior Manager, Customer Systems Engineering, you lead a cross‐functional team to deliver large‐scale heater and automation projects across Italy and parts of Europe. You'll align office‐based design with field‐based service delivery, ensuring on‐time, on‐budget outcomes while maintaining strong customer relationships in local languages. You'll collaborate across Europe to optimize resources and support sales with engineering insight, driving service growth and high‐quality delivery.
Retribuzione / Benefits lead multi‐disciplined, geographically distributed teams to deliver projects and services
manage large‐scale heater systems (Electric Circulation Heaters, Duct Heaters) and related control systems
oversee industrial automation projects (SCADA, DCS, thyristor‐based control) from inception to operation
coordinate field‐based service teams and 24/7 support contracts to grow services
drive pan‐European project collaboration to optimize resources and skills




lead cross‐functional teams and balance design vs. field work as project needs shift
support sales with engineering solutions, quotations, and approvals; maintain customer relationships
own order‐to‐revenue financial performance and procurement to deliver value‐driven solutions
Responsabilità Engineering degree
proven control/SCADA experience and heater‐related services
strong project management experience in Industrial/Process Automation
team leadership experience
fluent Italian and good English (oral and written)
willingness to travel regularly within Italy and Europe
PMP or similar qualification would be an advantage
