**Org Marketing Statement** The resource will be part of the Supply Chain Team for our Location in Adro, Italy, division PTD (Pradifa Technology Division) focused in o-ring production. **Position Summary** Accountable for optimizing production planning and supply chain operations within our facility, the incumbent will play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination between Divisional Supply Chain Management and local scheduling teams. This position directly impacts plant efficiency and operational success, overseeing a diverse range of activities that drive performance and enhance customer satisfaction. In this role, you will lead efforts to analyze production capacity, manage work order statuses, and maintain accurate planning documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify critical issues, propose actionable solutions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that align with our strategic goals. **Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with Divisional Supply Chain Management to align production schedules and optimize plant operations.
- Conduct capacity checks and update work order statuses in JDE, ensuring real-time accuracy in production planning.
- Analyze weekly plant load metrics, including On-Time Delivery (OTP), Late Backlog (LB), and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), sharing insights with management to drive informed decision-making.
- Plan and oversee warehouse activities and shipments of raw materials and finished goods, including the management of transport documentation.
- Define priorities and manage exceptions to maintain operational flow and efficiency.
- Lead supply chain activities for strategic material procurement, fostering strong relationships with internal and external suppliers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing planning processes, software, and supplier partnerships.
- Facilitate the integration of new products into the item master as part of new product development initiatives. **Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in planning or supply chain roles, with understanding of production processes.
- Proficiency in planning software and data analysis tools (e.g., JDE, Excel).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
