NewCold Piacenza is NewCold's automated cold storage facility. It will be operated to support the production and supply chain activities of leading food processors in the region. The empowered NewCold Piacenza operations team is responsible to safely operate, maintain the cold store and provide excellent logistics services to our customers. **Main Responsibilities**: - Ensure all electrical and mechanical systems are maintained and functioning to a high level to have maximum operational (example cooling system, conveyors, cranes etc)
- Respect maintenance plans according to priority indicated by maintenance coordinator
- Update records of maintenance tasks completed and ensure all routine works are checked
- Report eventual problem to manager
- Maintain good inventory of Engineering spare parts, tools and equipment according to weekly plans received




- Answer efficiently to breakdown conditions to minimize equipment downtime
- Liaise with maintenance supplier's workers to identify the impact of breakdown events
- Under breakdown conditions, advise suddenly management teams about options to solve
- Ability to manage height operations and rescue
- Always work in safety and notify any problem about it
- To follow all procedures according to legislation and the company QHSE policies and working instructions.
- Available always to give support useful to restore also structural site's maintenance (e.g. doors retrieval, panels, rump, hydraulics, green area etc.) **Job location: Localita Barabasca, Fiorenzuola D'Arda
