Within the Global Digital Factory, in the RPA & Low-code Factory unit, we are looking for an intern to support PMO activities and process and functional analysis for process automation projects developed for the Group.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support analysis aimed at optimizing existing business processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in planning, executing, and monitoring automation projects
- Draft documentation on processes,



implemented solutions, and meeting minutes
- Produce project documentation and minutes
- Participate in testing for the production release of automations developed together with Business stakeholders
- Contribute to low-code development activities on Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Copilot studio, Power BI)
- Support the development of analytics dashboards to provide insights and improve data-driven decision making
Candidate profile:
- Student in Management Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
- Interest in business process analysis and project management
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Problem solving attitude and result oriented
- Ability to use collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint)
- Flexibility and curiosity in using and experimenting with new technologies (e.g., Power Apps, Copilot studio, Power BI)
