Experteer Overview In this IT Vendor Manager role in Parma, you will govern Barilla's IT vendor ecosystem to align third‐party services with business priorities and IT strategy. You will act as the bridge between IT and key functions to ensure contracts deliver value, security, and compliance while optimizing cost. You'll drive governance, risk management, and lifecycle optimization across vendors to support Barilla's global operations. This is a chance to shape how Barilla partners with its suppliers to sustain performance and innovation.
Retribuzione / Benefits Define and validate IT contract requirements (cybersecurity, cloud, data protection, continuity) and ensure SLAs and security controls are embedded
Govern IT vendor governance frameworks and align strategy with business priorities and operating model
Oversee the full vendor lifecycle (onboarding, performance, renewal/exit) and monitor performance vs SLAs
Manage vendor risks (cybersecurity, data protection,



resilience) and ensure GDPR compliance and regulatory alignment
Coordinate audits, certifications (e.g., ISO 27001) and remediation; link IT, Security, Privacy, and control functions
Ensure transparency of vendor costs, usage, and value; improve spend visibility and cost discipline
Enable cross‐functional collaboration and provide leadership with a clear view of vendor performance, risks, and priorities
Responsabilità Bachelor in Information Technology
5+ years of IT vendor management, purchasing, or IT sourcing in multinational or FMCG environment
ITIL, CIPS, CTPRP certifications will be a plus
Fluent in English and Italian
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and problem‐solving skills
Financial acumen
