About the Team The Integrated Communications team is responsible for helping to drive and shape positive sentiment and develop community regarding the World protocol. Tasked with creating and managing World's Integrated Communications efforts (earned and owned), the team oversees everything from community management to earned media and content creation. About the Role We're looking for a standout Communications professional to shape and scale our communications strategy across traditional and social media in Indonesia. This is a true generalist role, where hands‐on experience in crafting captivating consumer brand storytelling and driving integrated communications strategies that inspire (local amplification of global launches, new features, trust & privacy narratives) is essential.

Additional experience in corporate communications, reputation management, and crisis management is a plus. In this role, you'll manage existing agency partnerships and set strategy in collaboration with the broader Integrated Communication team while aligning closely with the TFH APAC team. You'll work cross‐functionally with teams across Operations, Marketing, Policy, Legal, and beyond, both locally and globally. What You'll Do Develop and execute targeted integrated communication plans for Indonesia, including messaging, audience strategy, media opportunities, and channel selection. Lead media relations, managing press inquiries, interviews, and pitches to drive positive sentiment, building and maintaining top‐tier media relationships to elevate World's storytelling.
