Experteer Overview As Technical Manager, you lead engineering for a dedicated product within SMS group S.p.A., ensuring cost-, time-, and quality-compliant delivery. You'll coordinate engineers and interfaces, interact with customers, and steer risk, budget, and documentation to support project success. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, procurement and commissioning, with potential to assume broader responsibilities in L-Projects. You will drive cross‐functional collaboration and uphold product safety and contractual compliance.

Lead interdisciplinary engineering coordination and collaboration
Represent the dedicated product in internal and external meetings




Serve as technical contact for customer inquiries and site support
Manage engineering budget in alignment with Technical Sales Managers
Perform quality checks and participate in project kick‐off and start‐up workshops
Analyze contracts for technical completeness and interface requirements
Assess risks and opportunities and ensure compliance with safety standards
Ensure timely and complete handover of technical documentation to the customer
Oversee engineering progress and status reporting and change management
Be accountable for design reviews, approvals, and contractual compliance
