and payroll processing activities for clients with basic payroll complexity in a timely mannerData input of time cards in the system (Zucchetti)Sending mandatory communications to health insurance fundsRegular communication with pension authorities regarding changes of beneficiaryPrint and mail payroll checksAd hoc projectsQualificationsGood Knowledge of English (B2)Proficiency in all MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)Degree in Law and/or EconomicsUp to 2 years' experience in similar organizationsUnderstanding of pension systemsResponsible and organizedGood communication skillsGoal-oriented (both individual and team goals)Attention to qualityProblem-solving attitudeContributes to team success as a team memberBenefits / Requirements3 days of home working per weekWelfare policyRefer a friend policyBusiness academy
