AUTOKINITON is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead CI programs across manufacturing operations in Milan, driving safety, quality, profitability, productivity and on-time delivery.
You will develop and implement standard work, Kaizen events, Six Sigma initiatives, and coaching for leadership; coordinate with Plant Manager Team and ensure OSHA procedures are followed throughout daily activities.
