**About our client** Our client is a company operating in the defense industry which has entrusted us with selecting an **Export Control Manager.** **Posizione**:
**Role and responsabilities** He provides assistance and support to the company in order to ensure the compliance of business activities with national and international laws on import/export of military and dual-use items (e.g. Law 185/91, ITAR, EAR, BAFA, DGA). He liaises with the Company Export Control Manager. Also, the Export Control Manager reports to the General Counsel, who defines the priorities of the office Legal Affairs and Compliance. **Requisiti**:
**Requirements**: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law or Economics
- supervision of the expiry date of licences issued
- maintenance of the Intra-Community Transfers Register and the Intangible Assets Register
- conducts compliance checks to ensure alignment of transmitted data with the applicable UAMA license, authorized recipients and prevailing regulatory requirements




- conducts compliance checks to files/data sent against the applicable and necessary UAMA license to the recipients authorized therein and in accordance with the applicable regulations
- ensures the accuracy, compliance, and continuous maintenance of the company's export control procedures, serving as the designated point of contact and operational manager for all export control processes
- keeps the company informed and up to date with new laws and regulations on the import/export of military and dual-use items
- execution of Export Control Manager responsibilities as defined by the company’s internal policies and procedures (export control procedure, intangible transfer of armament material via electronic platforms)
- excellent knowledge of the English language **Altre informazioni**:
